Sacramento Portrait Photographer – Heather and Joe

I’m so excited to share these photos of Heather and Joe. I’ve been so late with all my postings and it’s driving me nuts that I couldn’t find time to sit and write a blog post. But, here it is..yay!!

These are two people that truly enjoy and love each other. They are so funny. I hope they don’t mind me sharing some of their goofy photos. By the end of the session, my stomach was hurting from laughing so much. Heather is an algebra high school teacher and Joe is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves GI Joe :). I think these photos really represent their true personalities and their love for each other. Heather and Joe will be getting married this Saturday. Heather has been so busy with school that she just finally has time this week to concentrate on her wedding. The wedding will be held at beautiful Ramekins in Sonoma. I’m so excited because the place is so charming. I’m positive that we will have an amazing time. Check back next week to view their wedding photos.

Sacramento Portrait Photographer – Alison and Casey

Alison and Casey will be married this Saturday and I’m so excited. It will take place at the Old Sugar Mill at Carvahlo Winery. We photographed a quick portrait session and the photos look amazing. Alison, a high school teacher, has been so busy with school that she finally had time last week to solely concentrate on her wedding. I can’t wait to see her on her wedding day. I’m sure that she will look stunning. It’s so exciting to photograph a wedding at this winery. Check back next week to view their wedding photos. Sacramento Portrait Photographer Newborn Session

I was so thrilled when Ranin contacted me to photograph their newborn. I was especially proud that I was was their wedding photographer and now I got the chance to photograph the new addition to their family. I love photographing this little boy. Ranin warned me that he wasn’t a sleeper. So we were so surprised that he slept so soundly during our session. He was so cute just laying there quietly! I just love how the photo came out.

Lake Tahoe Wedding Photographer – Jessica and Ryan

Last weekend was a perfect day for a wedding in Lake Tahoe. The weather was so nice. Jessica was absolutely gorgeous and of course, Ryan, too. I was so glad to find this beautiful spot with this amazing view of the mountain to do their first photos together. We were on the side of the road, so we got a lot of well wishers from passerbys. We then headed out to Gar Woods Grill and Pier Restaurant where they set up the ceremony site right at the edge of the lake. What a beautiful setting.

Jessica and Ryan like to kid around with each other a lot so the ceremony was so hilarious. It was full of joy and laughter. I couldn’t help but laugh along. After the ceremony, we walked around the area and found some amazing places to photograph. I was so inspired and very excited. It’s so much fun to photograph in a place that you’ve never been before. You get to do something new and Jessica and Ryan were so easy going and made the session fun.

Jessica did an phenomenal job designing the reception site. I love the little details that she put into it. The cupcakes were so good. The evening was full of laughter with close friends and family. Even grandma got on the dance floor. Jessica and Ryan are a fun and loving couple and so perfect for each other.
