Sacramento Wedding Photographer- Catta Verdera Wedding

Theresa and Carlton were married at the beautiful Catta Verdera Country Club in Lincoln.  It was a perfectly warm day for a wedding.  Theresa was so elegant and very relaxed on her wedding day.  Her gown was stunning on her.  Carleton was also so relaxed and so much fun to photograph.  I had a great time with the wedding party as well.

Theresa had done a remarkable job in designing the wedding reception.  The flowers were gorgeous and it blended well with the overall decor of the table centerpieces.  I was told that the table numbers which were on flattened wine bottles were made by her brother.  Very talented family.

As usual, I have the best bride and groom ever.  These two are one of the sweetest people. They are such a perfect match for each other.

Sacramento Wedding Photographer – Weddings and Baseball

Last week, Sabrina and Garrett were married.  These two are such nice and relaxed couple.  The wedding was beautiful.  The theme for the wedding…BASEBALL.  Garrett was a baseball pitcher for the Azusa Pacific University and so they incorporated this theme in their wedding.  I love the idea of having the guest write their best wishes on baseballs.

The ceremony took place at the First Presbyterian Church in Roseville.  I love the stained glass window.  Very dramatic as the sun shined through it during the ceremony.   After the wedding, Garrett was surprised to see a Corvette awaiting him.  I found out that Garrett is so in love with this car, that his brother-in-law arranged one for him to drive to the ceremony site.

The reception took place at Lake Natomas Inn.  The room was elegantly decorated with baseball penants from different teams.  I don’t think I saw a San Francisco Giants penant…hmmm.  They came in with baseball bat salute.  Very cute.

It was a fun and beautiful wedding and everyone enjoyed themselves.  Sabrina and Garrett, congratulations to  a wonderful marriage.

Sacramento Children’s Photographer – Kayla

How cute is she?  She is such a happy little girl and loves girly stuff.  I photographed her mom and dad’s wedding a few years ago and now I’m photographing this little cutie.  It was so funny that she never ran out of steam.  She actually had so much more energy toward the end of the session.  Us adults were tired.

Sacramento Portrait Photographer – Arnold Family

It’s so much fun meeting new families especially this family.  When we first met on the day of the shoot, I felt like we were old friends.  They were warm and very sweet.  The kids (well, one is in college so I can’t exactly call him a kid) were so friendly.  As a result, I was able to capture so many adorable photos of the whole  family.  It was hilarious how we kept trying to get a shot in the middle of the street between traffic lights.  That was fun and challenging.  But they were a trooper and I just love how the photos turned out.

Sacramento Portrait Photographer – my little Buddy

This is the first time I’m putting photos of our puppy on my blog.   His name is Buddy.  For a while we couldn’t agree on a name and Buddy was just such a cute name for such a little one so cute.  He is now 4 1/2 months old.  We got him when he was 10 weeks old.  It’s our first puppy ever and the kid’s first dog.  So they were pretty excited when we finally got him.

It’s crazy how much he’s changed.   When we first got him, the top of his head was black, now it’s brown.  I didn’t realize it until I saw his baby photos.  It’s kind of like having kids.  You don’t realize how much they’ve grown until you see older photos 🙂  Here are photos I took of him a few days ago.  He’s so cute.
